1/2 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Package Vanilla Pudding (Not Instant)
1 egg
3 Tablespoons Soft Butter
1 20 oz can sliced peaches
1 8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Syrup from peaches
1 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Cooking Instructions
Combine first seven ingredients beating 2 minutes at medium speed. *Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of Syrup from peaches to add more peach flavor* Pour into greased square pan or deep dish pie plate. Drain peaches reserving juice. Arrange peaches over mixture. Beat cream cheese, peach syrup and 1/2 cup sugar for 2 minutes. Spoon and spread over peaches. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over peaches and cream cheese. Bake at 350 until golden brown for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Best when served hot with vanilla ice cream.
